Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be booked for collection by our courier partner, EMX (Emirates Post). Collection typically takes place on the following business day.
Domestic Delivery — UAE
Once collected by EMX, UAE orders are typically delivered within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery time within the UAE: 2–3 business days from placing your order.
International Delivery
International orders are shipped via EMX (Emirates Post). Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typical transit times from collection are:
- United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
- United States: 2 business days
- Most of Europe: 2–3 business days
- Australia: 2 business days
- Rest of world: 2–5 business days, depending on destination
Estimated international delivery time: 3–7 business days from placing your order, depending on the destination and excluding any delays caused by customs.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling/clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Reloaded London is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@reloadedldn.com and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier on your behalf.
