All of our preloved pieces are unique and may show subtle signs of age and wear. This is completely natural and part of what makes vintage so special. We always do our best to highlight anything significant in the product description so you can shop with confidence.

Returns & Exchanges — Preloved Vintage

Reloaded London does not accept returns or exchanges on preloved vintage items.

Exceptions are made only in the following circumstances:

Damaged in transit

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include photographic evidence of the damage

Significantly not as described

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include photographic evidence of the issue

To request a review, please email info@reloadedldn.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for other preloved items.

We offer returns and size exchanges on all Reloaded London original designs.
